We’re looking for photographs or videos from each of the following time periods:

  1. Past – We would like you to include photographs from many years ago at various stages. This range of photographs allows us to tell the story of the entire life, and not the just the moments near the time of injury.  Weddings, birthdays, graduations, vacations, visits, activities they enjoy(ed), etc.
  2. Recent with Family – Please send photographs from the last 5 years before the injury with family members in the photo. Having recent photographs enables us to demonstrate through pictures how well the person was doing and how loved the person was.
  3. Recent Engaging in Hobbies – Recent photographs of an injured person engaging in hobbies, whether it is walking, golfing, or just enjoying a television show or movie with friends or family can speak volumes. Although you may not know it, these can often be some of the most compelling evidence in the case.
  4. Post-Injury – Evidence of the injury and / or how it affected your loved one is important. Please send as many photographs as you have that include what your loved one looked like after the injury.  This could include photos of wounds, scars, during hospitalizations, etc., depending on the specific injury.

It is very important you add the description for each photo specifying who is in the photo, when it was taken, where it was taken, and any details you think would be important for your team to know about.  We’ll add these to the photo so we can keep track of what’s what.

If you have some photos now, but expect more later, please submit now and add more as you get them.
